The main part of the salmon fillet. Both the back and belly are available. The product is delivered skinless and boneless, single-vacuumed and IQF. Size and weight to order. Available fresh and frozen.

Smaller cuts of 10–50 g. Packed to order, fresh or frozen.

Butterfly

Boneless portions of 100–200 g, skin on. Packed to order, fresh or frozen.

Portions

Fillet portions of size 50–300 g, skinless and boneless, IQF, single-vacuumed or in bulk. Delivered in 5 kg or 10 kg boxes, fresh or frozen.

Tartar

Finest quality fish meat hand-scraped from the spine of the fish. Ideal for salads, pasta, pizza and as tartar. Delivered frozen to order.

Cuts for frying – cutlets

Portions with skin and bone, 100–200 g. Available to order fresh or frozen in 5 kg or 10 kg boxes or in bulk. Can also be vacuumed.
